Each giveaway's server seed is hashed and shown before anyone enters, and revealed when it draws. The winner is the entry at floor(roll × entries), counting in the order people entered — so anyone can recompute it from the published values on the fairness page. The wager requirement exists so free prizes cannot be farmed across a pile of new accounts.
