Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your Roblox user ID, display name and avatar, supplied when you sign in.
• A record of your deposits, withdrawals, wagers and their outcomes.
• Messages you post in live chat.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type — kept for security and fraud prevention.

What we never collect

We never ask for your Roblox password, your account cookie, or any payment card details. Nobody from petup.lol will ever ask you for them either. Treat any such request as an attempt to defraud you.

How we use it

To operate your account, settle rounds, process trades, prevent fraud and multi-accounting, and answer support tickets. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Cookies

We set a session cookie so you stay signed in, and a small number of functional cookies that remember your interface preferences. We do not set advertising cookies. Non-essential cookies are off unless you turn them on.

Retention

Trade and wager records are kept for as long as the account is open, and for a period after closure where we need them to resolve disputes or meet a legal obligation. Chat messages are kept for 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Open a ticket in Discord and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

petup.lol is not directed at anyone under 18. If we learn that we hold data belonging to a minor we delete it and close the account.
