Terms of service

1. Who may use petup.lol

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. By using the site you confirm that you are 18 or over, that you are using it from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful, and that you are acting on your own behalf. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed and any items held are returned to the depositing account.

2. Virtual items

Balances on petup.lol represent virtual in-game items with no cash value. They are not currency, not a stored-value instrument, and cannot be redeemed for money by us. Item values shown on the site are our own estimates based on community trade data and may change at any time.

3. Deposits and withdrawals

• Deposits are credited once a bot has confirmed the in-game trade.
• Withdrawals are processed in the order received and require an in-game trade you accept.
• We are not responsible for items lost to trades made outside the site.
• Trades that fail because your inventory is full are returned to the queue.

4. Fair play

Every wagering round is provably fair and verifiable from its ticket ID. You may not use automation, exploit bugs, operate multiple accounts to influence a race or giveaway, or collude with other users. Doing so forfeits the affected rounds.

5. Wagering risk

Coinflip and the Upgrader are games of chance. You should expect to lose the items you wager. Never wager an item you would not accept losing, and set yourself a limit before you begin.

6. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably suspect of fraud or chargeback abuse, or where we are required to do so by law. Where we close an account without cause, items in the inventory are returned.

7. No affiliation

petup.lol is an independent site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, Uplift Games, or the developers of Murder Mystery 2. All game names and item names are the property of their respective owners.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the site and in Discord before they take effect. Continuing to use petup.lol after that point means you accept the revised terms.
